Role Overview

Support the training of next generation AI systems by contributing realistic, high quality personal-assistance expertise. This remote contract role focuses on planning, organization, and day to day coordination through thoughtful one-on-one interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in realistic one-on-one conversations involving personal assistance, planning, organization, and daily coordination.
• Provide practical support with scheduling, calendar management, appointments, reminders, and task prioritization.
• Organize daily plans, activities, meetings, travel, events, and other personal or professional responsibilities.
• Navigate changing priorities, scheduling conflicts, urgent requests, and competing tasks.
• Tailor recommendations to an individual’s preferences, priorities, schedule, and circumstances.
• Follow project guidelines while maintaining natural, professional, helpful conversations.

Qualifications

• Professional experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Secretary, Day Planner, Chief of Staff, Household Manager, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Several years of relevant professional experience are preferred.
• Strong calendar management, scheduling, organization, planning, time management, communication, task-coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand requests, prioritize competing needs, and deliver practical solutions.
• Experience coordinating calendars, appointments, travel, meetings, household activities, or other day to day responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability when priorities change.
• Comfort participating in realistic one-on-one conversations and remote paired sessions.
• No specific degree, certification, or prior AI experience is required.

Work Terms

• Remote independent contractor engagement.
• Open to candidates located in the United States.

Compensation

• $50 to $100 per hour.
